Once your order has been shipped, Interspacemonkey is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
Interspacemonkey is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

7. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. Interspacemonkey is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
